What is the Weldology pod?
The Weldology Pod is a fully equipped permanent jewelry studio on wheels and the only traveling Weldology experience of its kind. Step inside for permanent jewelry, custom engraving, and our dog charm bar all brought directly to your event.
Where does Weldology travel?
Weldology is based in New Gloucester, Maine, but we are not limited to Maine. The Pod can travel throughout New England and across the USA for private parties, weddings, festivals, markets, corporate events, brand activations, boutiques, salons, and other special celebrations.

Bring the Weldology experience to your next celebration, business, or special event. We travel throughout New Gloucester, Maine, New England, and anywhere in the USA for bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls' nights, weddings, corporate events, boutiques, salons, festivals, grand openings, and private events.
There is no booking or travel fee anywhere within the state of Maine. For events outside of Maine, a travel fee may apply depending on the location.

Indoor Table Pop-Ups:
Perfect for smaller gatherings of 3–6 guests.
Please allow approximately 3 hours total:
30 minutes for setup
2 hours of permanent jewelry
30 minutes for takedown
This option is ideal for homes, salons, boutiques, offices, and other indoor spaces.
The Traveling Weldology Pod:
For groups of 6 or more, we recommend the Weldology Pod. There is no guest limit, making it perfect for larger parties, festivals, business events, and community gatherings.
The Pod requires:
A 10' × 16' parking space
Approximately 1 hour for delivery and setup
An electrical hookup or space to safely operate our generator
Approximately 2 hours of permanent jewelry services
Approximately 1 hour for takedown, loading, and pickup
